ISO 13485 scope definition

Hill Rom maps bed, surface, monitor, and accessory service boundaries to the facility QMS so complaint intake, preventive maintenance, and escalation ownership are explicit. The scope document identifies OEM responsibilities, third-party service interfaces, calibration standards, and record-retention periods.
